President, Partner
Troy is a 1986 graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction. He has over thirty years of experience in the construction industry ranging from Carpenter to Project Manager to Design/Builder. Troy joined our firm in 1989 as Project Manager and through outstanding service and achievement became a partner in 1994 and was then promoted to President in 1995. He is a member of the local chapter of NAIOP Tampa Bay. Troy holds a State of Florida Building Contractors License and is the qualifier for the Tampa Office.
Vice President, Partner
Scott joined our firm in 1992 after having worked as an owner's construction representative for a large financial institution. He is a graduate of the Southern Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Administration. Holding positions from Superintendent to Project Manager, Scott has over thirty years of construction experience with projects ranging from custom residential to complex commercial. In 1995, Scott became a partner and was promoted to Vice President with key responsibilities for marketing/customer relations, production, and management information systems. He also holds a State of Florida Building Contractors License and is LEED accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Justin is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Justin has been in the construction industry since 2004 holding various trades positions in the field, and later as Superintendent and Project Manager. In 2019, Justin was promoted to Vice President and Partner with key responsibilities for marketing/customer relations and production. Justin is Itasca's Safety Officer. He holds a State of Florida General Contractor's License and is a qualifer for the Central Florida office.
Our organization was established in 1971 as the Illinois division of a national contracting company.
In 1982, a branch office of Itasca Construction Associates, Inc. was opened in South Florida.
The Central Florida office of Itasca Construction Associates celebrated its 30th Anniversary in 2017.
In 1981, that division was split off as a separate corporation named Itasca Construction Associates, Inc. and purchased by the founding owners. All key personnel remained with the company after purchase.
In 1987, Itasca Construction Associates opened the Central Florida office.
